The "Champ Renard" vineyard of Domaine Adélie is located at the entrance of the village of Mercurey. In terms of wine, it is worked according to the same spirit and the same traditional methods as the Chardonnay vines.
Bourgogne Aligoté is an appellation produced throughout Burgundy and found mainly in the vineyards of Auxerrois, Côte Chalonnaise and Hautes Côtes de Beaune and Nuits.
Tasting
The Aligoté grape from Champ Renard both gives the sensation of a wine with a modest approach, but which provides freshness and roundness through its aging. It reveals notes of white flowers and dried fruits, with a nice consistency in the mouth.
Food/wine pairing
It accompanies simply prepared fish and seafood. It will also be served as an aperitif.
