Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru "Clos Reyssié"
AOC Premier Cru
The geological characteristics of Pouilly-Fuissé are among the most diversified in Burgundy. "The Clos Reyssié" is located on a predominantly limestone and non-schist soil.
This Pouilly-Fuissé "Le Clos Reyssié" reveals smoky notes on the nose, then aromas of white flowers, with a lot of finesse. Round and supple in mouth, this wine presents a beautiful balance between vivacity and roundness. A touch of minerality will be noticed on the finish.
It can accompany a chicken of Bresse or pan-fried scallops from the bay of St Brieux.
