The geological characteristics of Pouilly-Fuissé are among the most diversified in Burgundy. "The Clos Reyssié" is located on a predominantly limestone and non-schist soil.
Tasting
This Pouilly-Fuissé "Le Clos Reyssié" reveals smoky notes on the nose, then aromas of white flowers, with a lot of finesse. Round and supple in mouth, this wine presents a beautiful balance between vivacity and roundness. A touch of minerality will be noticed on the finish.
Food/wine pairing
It can accompany a chicken of Bresse or pan-fried scallops from the bay of St Brieux.
Serving and keeping
Serve between 12 and 13°C.
This wine can be kept for 3 to 5 years or more in the cellar.
